The terms and conditions of employment that are intended to be contractual are set out in an employee’s written employment contract.

As a relatively new entity, Blake Oliver Consulting was formed in 2017, drawing together colleagues who had extensive previous experience of working together, to build a solid foundation of shared history and credibility.

We provide our team and colleagues with complete flexibility to work where and when they need, in order to support their home environments. Some of our team members have young children or elderly parents that they are caring for, and we are happy to allow them the flexibility they require to navigate these personal commitments.

Reconciliation Action Plan

Blake Oliver Consulting is committed to identifying and providing access to contract related employment, subcontract and supply chain opportunities for local organisations in the communities in which we operate, and particularly where we can provide support to indigenous-owned, regional and remote and disability supporting business.

Blake Oliver Consulting have an existing relationship with an Australian indigenous-owned insurance broker.

With 51% indigenous ownership they are Indigenous brokers with the backing of Australia’s largest general insurance broker network. Personnel are descendants of the Biripi, Ngarabal, Dagoman, and Gurindji people.

In delivering our services, Blake Oliver Consulting will seek to identify further opportunities where local and Indigenous businesses may be suitable partners. We will commit to actively seeking indigenous candidates and indigenous-owned businesses where possible, and ensure they are given fair opportunity.
