Job Description
Based in the heart of Melbourne CBD, this Insurer is looking for an experienced D&O underwriter to join the team.You will be responsible for providing insurance services to a panel of brokers.
KEY DUTIES:
- Develop and maintain broker relationships and look after key accounts
- Review claims history and assess risk
- Provide general assistance and support to colleagues and managers (Melbourne & Sydney Offices)
- Maintain a high level of compliance
- Answer broker queries
- Process new business
- Endorsements, renewals, assist with claims where necessary
KEY REQUIREMENTS:
·Strong technical knowledge and experience within financial lines - specifically Directors and Officers from an underwriting environment
·Excellent verbal and written communication skills
·Proven longevity in their current/prior role
·Excellent organizational skills with high attention to detail
·Passion for delivering excellent client service
·Excellent stakeholder management skills
