SUBMISSIONS OFFICER | GRADUATE OPPORTUNITY | CBD BASED

ABOUT THE ROLE:

Our client is a well known and respected global insurer operating in the property and casualty space. With offices all around the world the long-term career opportunities are limitless. Based in their modern Melbourne CBD office you will join a busy and established team as a Submissions officer. You will support with the administration of client accounts and as such must have a passion for delivering excellent customer service.



KEY DUTIES:

·Registration of New Business Submissions, including pre submission information
·Submission Decline and Product Cross Sell
·Maintenance of Outlook Mailboxes relating to New Business Submissions
·Liaising with Underwriters and Brokers for additional information
·Any other duties, projects or functions assigned by the Unit Leader
·Electronic filing and/or retrieval of policy files


KEY REQUIREMENTS:


·Excellent communication skills - written and verbal to internal and external stakeholders. Personable and proactive
·Ability to build Rapport with Underwriters & Brokers, via phone or email.
·Self-leadership - being accountable and responsible for actions
·Ability to work autonomously
·Driven & motivated by targets
