Job Description
A national Insurance Broker, Sydney CBD based is currently looking for a strong Strata Claims Consultant to work the medium sized team. You will help promote their leading approach to claims handling through the use of innovative technology to assist their clients in getting the best results.
KEY DUTIES:
· Liaise effectively and efficiently with stakeholders
· Deliver support and advice to stakeholders
· End to end management of all the strata claims in accordance with settlement authorities
· Follow industry best practice in order to continue to differentiate
· Follow up insurers to get results
KEY REQUIREMENTS:
· Experience with the end to end Strata Claims process
· Ability to work under pressure
· Resilient and dynamic
· Technical product knowledge
· Strong negotiation skills
