- Strong customer service skills with a demonstrated history of engaging with customers, advisers and other stakeholders for a minimum of 1/2 years
- You will be working directly with the Financial Advisers and sales time to advise and provide information regarding retail insurance.
- Employ sophisticated customer service skills and deliver market-leading first point resolution outcomes on inbound customer and adviser enquirers.
- New business support: liaison with clients/advisers/underwriting and partners.
- Good understanding on Life insurer. Retail life insurer specifically.
- Experience working with Financial Advisers.
- A natural problem-solver that can provide proactive telephone and face to face service.
- Positive and enthusiastic attitude
- Performs well under pressure.
