With offices in Sydney, Brisbane & Melbourne, the Sydney office are looking to bring in new people across general insurance and Wealth recruitment. The role will suit an experienced recruitment consultant looking to move into a non-micro managed environment and work with liked minded successful consultants. The opportunity is working in both developed/PSA based organisations and new business development.
To be successful you will be proven in recruitment and be able to articulate how you have been successful in the past and your approach. Blake Oliver Consulting is a relationship driven recruitment firm and as such we look for people with a genuine interest in building relationships, asking good questions which find out more about challenges our clients face and those that work hard on behalf of their clients. You will be someone who takes a long-term view, though understands that a level of urgency is required.

The colleagues within the business will work with you to bring services and relationship support to help develop that business. We offer a flexible working envoronment, a base salary range of $80,000 - $100,000 with a market leading bonus scheme.
