A fantastic opportunity for a Risk and Compliance Officer to join an independent Underwriting Agency based in Sydney, CBD. You will provide support to the General counsel and support the continuing growth of the company's compliance and business needs.
KEY DUTIES:
·Daily review and sign off of marketing initiatives
·Quarterly risk and compliance meeting agenda and minutes
·Quarterly Underwriting Committee meeting agenda and minutes
·ANZ Board and Asia Board meeting agenda
·Maintenance of procedures and policies
·Daily ad hoc inquiry and support tasks
KEY REQUIREMENTS:
·Experience as a Legal Secretary/Legal qualification is an advantage
·Previous experience in the Insurance Industry is highly regarded
·Strong communication skills and the ability to articulate complex concepts
·High attention to detail

·Intermediate Microsoft product skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
