Job Description
Our client is seeking an outgoing, bubbly yet professional individual who can confidently and efficiently attend to a variety of tasks.
The successful candidate will have the responsibility of supporting the business with a range of centralised services including but not limited to travel bookings, courier services and general office amenities. A subset of the Communications and Marketing team, you will also support their parent team across marketing activities and initiatives.
Responsibilities include:
• Friendly, effective & efficient triage of in-coming communications
• Management & tracking of in-coming calls/leads
• General administrative duties including but not limited to collection, distribution and dispatch of mail, stationary management, banking, courier service and general office amenities stock
• Managing meeting rooms, breakout spaces and kitchen areas daily
• Supporting parent division; Communications & Marketing with tasks when required in an efficient & effective manner
Required skills:
• Exposure to VOIP systems would be an advantage (MS Lync/Skype for Business)
• High level skill in MS Suite
• Data entry skills and high level attention to detail
• Bubbly, fun personality with a real "Can Do" attitude
• Excellent organisational skill
• Exceptional communication skill, both written and verbal
• Fast learner
• Confident phone manner
