Job Summary
Working with the Head of Business Transformation you will identify and conduct quality reviews for the operational processing functions and Business Units. Provide positive and constructive feedback to support performance improvement and operational consistency. Conduct reviews for compliance. Manage monthly dispute for Quality Assurance team . Provide QA reports to Operational management team on a regular or on as needed basis.
Primary Job Duties & Responsibilities
You will make recommendations and implement organisational wide quality assurance programme based on objectives and targets set by the CEO and COO, ensuring systems and processes are in place and working to meet and standards set for achievement. You will also be responsible for identifying any training gaps, collect, collate and analyse data in order to preempt process issues and implement systematic improvements.
Education, Work Experience & Knowledge
As a minimum requirement, you will have experience in the local Australian insurance market. Relevant experience of Underwriting Account Manager and Underwriting Support Manager processing preferred. Relevant experience of handling aggregates, including data cleansing, importation, and geocoding of location level data preferred General Knowledge of underwriting, claims and reinsurance processes.
