Job Description

Duties will include:
  • Support Manager, Product Development and Client Experience and GM Solutions by using client and industry research to identify solution needs and support through to launch

  • Manage existing non-core products (e.g. personal solutions offered via 3rd party insurers

  • Work with Portfolio team to monitor and report on existing solutions

  • Work with marketing on development of consistent and compelling materials to support the launch and ongoing marketing of insurance solutions to clients
  • Utilise existing client research processes and suggest new ones to help identify product gaps · Review industry and other external reports to highlight trends and future needs
  • Develop, test, and support launch of new or enhanced products - including financial analysis and providing support for business case development · Work closely with third party provides to monitor and report on performance, and address any issues or opportunities for growth.

  • Your Experience:

    Experience in product development / marketing and product analysis

    Commissioning and interpreting client research

  • A good working knowledge of insurance preferred

  • Ability to manage multiple pieces of work within an agreed time, budget and service quality

  • Excellent writing skills to prepare detailed reports

  • Ability to synthesise complex data into actionable goals

  • Critical thinking skills to recommend original and productive ideas

  • Interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with various stakeholders

  • Computer literate in Microsoft Office Suite - Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Customer
  • Relationship Management (CRM) Systems
