Job Description
Based in the city, this niche insurer is currently looking for a Manager to supervise and lead 2 staff in the Client Experience and Product development team. Duties will include:
- Meeting client's insurance brief, client analysis, solving insurance product issues
- Identifying where insurance product does not cover client needs
- Client feedback (ad hoc, client forums, regular NPS and other client surveys)
- Provide forward looking recommendations based on internal and external researchDevelop and implement processes for client solution development ·
- Develop initiatives to enhance client experience to support growth and retention targets ·
- Lead discussions with all operational areas (Client, Portfolio, Underwriting, Renewals and Claims)to develop, monitor and improve an agreed end-to-end client experience from on-boarding / renewal, maintenance and claims
- Develop new client solutions and enhance existing ones by working with relevant internalstakeholders, using information from multiple sources including:
- Industry trends / insight
- Develop and implement repeatable and efficient processes for client solution development
- Manage Product Development and Client Experience team and instigate a sense of shared purpose
Your experience:
- Extensive experience in the insurance industry and overarching understanding of general insurance and/or workers' compensation
- Product experience is essential as well as strong business acumen and analytical skills
- Demonstrated experience in navigating complex stakeholder environments
- Demonstrated ability to manage product roadmaps with complex trade-offs and dependencies
- Strong initiative and problem-solving skills
