Our client, one of the market leading insurers in Australia is looking for experienced Claims Examiners to join their growing Commercial team. This is a great opportunity for experienced Commercial claims consultants to utilise and develop their existing skills in a supportive team based in Sydney’s CBD.\

Key Responsibilities

• Proactively manage claims, simple and complex end to end within the Company’s agreed quality and service standards.
• Build rapport and effectively manage internal and external relationships both over the phone and face to face.
• Work collaboratively with all members of the team and proactively contribute to team goals.
• Contribute to innovative solutions to claims cost and customer service processes to maintain our service differentiation.
• Visit and present to Brokers and Customers.
• An opportunity to manage key accounts.

To Be Successful You Will Have

• A minimum of five years’ experience in managing claims, Commercial motor, Heavy
• Strong communication skills
• A law degree is highly regarded
• Ability to negotiate and problem solve
• Solid experience in handling complex claims.
