Our client provides insurance broking services partnering with Authorised Representatives across Victoria, QLD and NSW. The brokerage benefits from being part of the Steadfast Group and provides insurance broking solutions in both the Commercial and Corporate space. Looking for an experienced Account Executive comfortable in the heavy motor space who is looking to develop their skills.
Responsibilities:
- Liaising with clients and underwriters
- Refining the support material to assist the Senior Account Managers
- Shadow Account Manager and attend client meetings
- Assisting with processing new business, issuing certificates of currency
and processing renewals - Creating and checking policy documentation, processing endorsements
and raising invoices - Liaising with the claims team
- Monitoring and responding to inquiries
Key Requirements:
- Tier 1 Qualified
- Computer proficient with intermediate word/excel
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Superior communication skills - written and verbal
- A self-starter who is flexible and adaptive
- Strong focus, detail orientated
