Our client is a mid-sized values driven insurance organisation who are about to undergo a major transformation of their operations including a core systems refresh. They operate within a niche area with a loyal and long standing client base and want to continue to offer industry leading services through with better customer experience and engagement through technology.

The role

You will be the subject matter expert and responsible for evaluating, developing and implementing enterprise architectural initiatives to support and improve greater efficiencies across the business. Utilize your proven Enterprise Architect skills to transform and inform a range of business improvement activities. As the Enterprise Architect you will have real impact across the entire organisations operations by:

  • Analysing business processes & technology assets to develop current and target state architecture
  • Finding solutions and being involved in multi-pronged system integrations
  • Defining & communicating the company's strategic platforms & target architecture
  • Developing appropriate frameworks to deliver business solutions

What you bring
  • Strong analytical, attention to detail and architectural skills
  • Knowledge of reporting software, databases and programs
  • Proven experience in architectural leadership, systems integration, application development and cloud related solutions
  • Effective communication skills with internal and external stakeholders
  • Ability to work with non-technology stakeholders and build consensus for your strategy
  • Willingness to get the job done whilst working in a collaborative environment
