Job Description
• Respond to and manage account enquiries from brokers in a timely and professional manner, prioritizing as required to meet deadlines
• Follow up with brokers for new underwriting and renewals quotes;
• Deliver a consistently great customer experience to our brokers and clients;
• Management of the Cyber renewals portfolio including regular email/phone communication with brokers
• Ensure that all policy endorsements and mid-term adjustments are completed quickly and accurately;
• Support the national team members;
• Meet team performance standards and contribute effectively as part of the Cyber team;
• Communication with brokers for marketing purposes;
• Responsibility for chasing quotations and other correspondence;
• Responsibility for the renewal preparation process;
• Liaison with internal stakeholders/teams (e.g. compliance, underwriting support, IT and legal);
Must be:
• Commitment to developing a career within Cyber insurance;
• You have a strong work ethic, commitment and a determination to succeed
•2-3+ years Financial Lines OR Cyber experience.
