Job Description

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Delivery of a high quality cyber claims service including lodgement and management of claims;
  • Ensuring all claims lodged are documented and managed in a proactive and accurate manner;
  • Determining coverage positions and managing vendors;
  • Support the Head of Claims and Incident Response on claim issues and identifying claim trends;
  • Proactively liaising with brokers and insureds’ on claims and providing clear and concise communication;
  • Support ongoing process improvements by assessing workflow activities and identifying opportunities for enhancement;
  • Providing risk insights and guidance to the underwriting team;
  • Support the Head of Claims and Incident Response and underwriters in conducting seminars, broker training and other market facing responsibilities.
Skills and experience required:
Working with a team of motivated and committed individuals, you will possess:
  • A minimum 2 years’ experience in claims handling, ideally with some experience in cyber;
  • Experience in managing vendors such as lawyers, IT forensics, loss adjustors etc.;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
  • Demonstrated high level of organisational and time management skills;
  • A passion for client service with ability to meet and present a market leading cyber claims offering;
