- Ongoing contract role based in the heart of the CBD
- Market leading insurance premium funding business.
- Those with previous credit/collections experience from a finance background are encouraged to apply
- Immediate start
KEY DUTIES:
- Collection calls
- Following up on outstanding debt
- Account reconciliations
- Providing high level of customer support
- Handling telephone account queries – internal / external
- Allocating and receipting payments
- Setting up new accounts and invoicing
- Reconciling debtor accounts
- General ad hoc duties assigned by your Manager
KEY REQUIREMENTS:
- Previous experience within Credit and Collections – ideally from a financial services background
- Demonstrated excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a high volume and fast paced environment
