ABOUT THE ROLE:
Highly respected National Brokerage with significant growth based in East Melbourne are looking for an ambitious Account Manager to oversee the effective management of their client portfolio.
KEY DUTIES
- Involvement in business planning - growth and retention strategies
- Process improvement - actively seeking opportunities to improve existing processes
- Involved in staff training ad development
- Developing future opportunities through client interaction and communicating these opportunities internally with Account Executives
- Marketing of insurance products
- processing - new business, renewals, endorsements
- Maintaining strategic client and insurer relationships
- Growth of existing portfolio through cross selling and prospecting
KEY REQUIREMENTS
- Experienced insurance professional - 3 to 5 years
- Tier 1 qualified
- Sound Australian market knowledge
- Sales driven - ability to identify opportunities for revenue expansion
- Partner & Stakeholder management - building awareness of interactions stakeholder groups
