COLLECTIONS OFFICER |LEADING INSURANCE PREMIUM FUNDING BUSINSS|MELBOURNE CBD

THE ROLE:
Reporting to the Manager you will use your knowledge to manage and action delinquent loans through the
life cycle of the loan and minimize potential bad debts. Managing internal stakeholder relationships with the Sales team, Credit and Finance Department, and Executive Leadership Team. Additionally you will manage relationships with Brokers and other Borrowers, Insolvency Practitioners and Debt Collection Agencies.

KEY DUTIES:

·Liaise with broking partners

·Discuss loan terms with borrowers

·Payment approvals

·Daily review of overdue settlements

EXPERIENCE:

·Degree qualified preferred - Commerce, Accounting or Finance

·Experience in Collections within the Insurance/Finance Industry

·2 Years experience in Accounts/Payable
