Job Description
In this role, the Client Service Officer will deliver quality client service, build relationships with insurers while providing a professional approach in all interactions and that company policy, procedures and guidelines are met.
Joining their Commercial Broking team, they are looking to bring onboard an experienced Assistant Broker to work alongside the senior Account Managers.
Key Responsibilities:
Excellent customer service skills
Develop and maintain strong client and insurer relationships
Process renewals, alterations, cancellations and quotes
Assist with policy enquiries
Work closely with senior management
About You:
Experience in an insurance broking firm
Experience using insurance systems preferred
Good attention to detail
Experience retaining clients and quoting new business
Enjoys working collaboratively with a team and is eager in supporting them
Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
Good attention to detail
