The Role:
- Take ownership of customer queries with a focus on first call resolution - System & policy enquiries, quotes, claims & policy amendments
- The voice of the business – retain existing business with well-developed communication skills
- Ensuring all interactions are performed in an efficient & effective manner
- Collaborative working approach, contributing to team discussions and overall process improvement
- Actively seeking opportunities for new business.
Your Experience:
- Previous insurance experience a necessity
- Previous experience in a high-volume call handling environment
- Pro-active & client focused approach to manage workload and stakeholder expectations
- Well-developed communication and negotiation skills complemented by a professional disposition.
