The Client Service Officer (CSO) will deliver high-quality customer service ensuring retention of customers by providing insurance advice and answering general enquiries in an inbound service environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service skills
- Review online application forms
- Develop and maintain strong insurer relationships
- Develop future opportunities through interaction with new and existing clients
- Process renewals, alterations, cancellations and quotes
- Assist with system and policy enquiries
About You:
- Previous experience in a high volume customer focused role within finance sector
- Self-motivated and a multi-tasker
- Prioritise workload in face paced, high pressure environment with predetermined schedules
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
- Attention to detail
- Team player
