Job Description

An opportunity to join one of Australia's fastest growing insurance brands, within their innovative program, providing quality client service in a customer focused role. 

In this role, the Client Service Officer (CSO) will deliver high-quality customer experience in their Online division, retaining customers by providing insurance advice and answering general inquiries in an inbound service environment. Ensuring a professional approach in all customer and team interactions and that company policy, procedures and guidelines are met.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide excellent customer service skills 
  • Review online application forms
  • Develop and maintain strong insurer relationships
  • Develop future opportunities through interaction with new and  existing clients
  • Process renewals, alterations, cancellations and quotes 
  • Assist with system and policy enquiries 

About You:
  • Previous experience in a high volume customer focused role
  • Self-motivated and a multi-tasker
  • Prioritise workload in face paced, high pressure environment with predetermined schedules
  • Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
  • Attention to detail
  • Team player 
  • Willing to undertake study to attain Tier 1 accreditation in General Insurance and be involved in on-going internal training and compliance study
