Job Description
You will join a friendly team working in a fast-paced environment were the duties will be varied and will depend on the claim volumes.
The day to day responsibilities of these roles will include –
- Accurate and efficient claim lodgement
- Claim management
- Liaising with claimants over the phone and in writing
- Ensuring claims database is maintained
- Following up on outstanding requirements
- Liaising with external providers, builders, and repairers
Essential Requirements -
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Ideally experience in property insurance claims
- Experience managing and/or lodging insurance claims
- First class customer services skills
- Proven ability to work in a fast paced ever changing environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to manage difficult conversations, display empathy and maintain call control
