ABOUT THE ROLE:
Opportunity for those with claims lodgement experience to join a market leader. Receive and allocate claims according to location, type of claim and service required.
KEY DUTIES:
* Accurately input new claims into the claims management system
* Obtain detailed information from customers
* Allocate claims to the appropriate Adjuster
* Set appointments for External Claims Adjusters
* Comply with client Service Level Agreements
* Appoint service providers and suppliers as required
* Liaising with internal External and Internal Claims Adjusters
KEY REQUIREMENTS:
* Claims Experience preferred
* Empathetic
* Team player
* Ability to work autonomously
* Ability to work to deadlines
* Good organisational skills
