Job Description
We are working with a number of Melbourne CBD based brokers and insurers looking for insurance professionals with Commercial and/or Domestic claims experience. Those with previous portfolio management experience in a high volume environment will be highly regarded.
KEY DUTIES
- Ensuring a fair and reasonable outcome for our customers
- Processing claims for customers via telephone enquiries
- Handling confidential claims information discreetly and professionally
- Driving service outcomes for internal and external customers
- Adhering to all compliance and legislative requirements
- Processing settlements where appropriate
KEY REQUIREMENTS
- Solid commercial and/or domestic claims experience
- A number of years commercial/domestic motor claims experience will also be considered
- Effective and professional communication skills with the ability to deal with corporate clients
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships
