An innovative and vibrant Travel Insurer is looking for Call Center staff to take both inbound and outbound Sales calls. Our Client has a Fantastic culture and is based in the heart of the Sydney CBD.
Key responsibilities:
·Respond to all inbound and outbound calls and inquiries via phone
·Provide exceptional phone customer service
·Adhoc Administration tasks as required
·Data entry
Requirements:
·Previous Call Center experience
·Ability to respond to a large volume of incomingcalls
·Excellent communication skills
·Great interpersonal skills
·Friendly outgoing personality
·The ability to work independently or part of a team
