ABOUT THE ROLE:
Our client is a successful Insurance Brokerage with a reputation for providing an exceptional level of service. They're positioned in East Melbourne and are seeking an insurance/admin professional comfortable in a high volume environment.
KEY DUTIES:
·Provide a high level of service to internal/external customers ensuring financial activities are processed in an accurate and timely manner.
·Involved with reconciliations, account payables and receipting.
·Debtor management
·Filing and general admin duties
KEY REQUIREMENTS:
·Ideally immediately available (or little notice)
·Personable and proactive
·Excellent attention to detail skills
·Highly organised and able to hit the ground running
·Proficient with Microsoft Office
