Our client is growing agency based on the North Shore.
Working within the Professional Indemnity team you will assist underwriters with the handling of renewals, endorsements and new business.
KEY DUTIES:
The creating of underwriting files and ensuring they are maintained
Logging and ensuring submissions are cleared in a timely manner
Negotiate and prepare documentation for new business, renewals and endorsements
Ensuring brokers are contacted with regard to outstanding matters
Other ad hoc duties
KEY REQUIREMENTS:
Previous experience within a broker or insurer is a must, knowledge of PI is desirable
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
ANZIFF qualifications preferable
Strong knowledge of MS Office
Good attention to detail
