Job Description
An opportunity exists with one of Australia's fastest growing brokers who are looking to bring a Broker Assistant onboard to support two senior Account Managers in the Commercial team.
Previous Broking/Underwriting experience is a necessity. Working holiday visa applicants with 3 months or more left on their visa are welcome to apply.
The Role:
- Processing new business
- Retaining clients through good relationships with clients and underwriters
- Processing renewals before due date to ensure clients are covered
- Processing Endorsements
- Assisting with claims processing
Your Experience:
- Experience in an insurance broking firm
- Knowledge of commercial lines, Business Packs, SME or schemes/facilities
- Experience using winbeat and sunrise systems.
- Good attention to detail.
- Experience retaining clients and quoting new business.
- Enjoys working collaboratively with a team and is eager in supporting them.
