Job Description
Assistant Account Executive wanted with WinBeat experience to assist with running a portfolio of commercial SME business. Based in the South Eastern Suburbs you will gain exposure to working with a wide range of clients.
KEY DUTIES:
·Registration of New Business Submissions, including pre submission information
·Retaining clients through good relationships with clients and underwriters
·Processing renewals before due date to ensure clients are covered
·Endorsements
·Assisting with claims processing
·The ability to manage a portfolio of existing business.
KEY REQUIREMENTS:
·Excellent communication skills - written and verbal to internal and external stakeholders. Personable and proactive
·Ability to build Rapport with Underwriters & Brokers, via phone or email.
·At least 1-year experience in an insurance broking firm
·Knowledge of commercial lines, Business Packs, SME or schemes/facilities
·Experience using winbeat and sunrise systems.
·Experience retaining clients, quoting new business, endorsements and renewals
