Our client is an ASX listed National Broker providing total risk solutions for clients, operating from state of the art offices in Melbourne's CBD. This position will assist the Account Executives in all aspects of client services including client contact, administration, technical support and business development.
·Managing client interactions in relation to new business & existing policy enquiries; ensuring both inbound and outbound communications are efficient and professional in their approach; and that appropriate advice is provided.
·Processing of new business, renewals and policy maintenance ensuring all interactions are performed in an efficient & effective manner adhering to the required processes for each transaction type.
·Respond to enquiries/requests from the management group within a timely manner
Provide superior customer service in all interactions with existing & prospective clients
·Cross sell new business opportunities
·Gather renewal information
·Negotiate with underwriters
·Previous insurance experience
·Personable and proactive
·Degree qualified is preferred
·Excellent attention to detail skills
·Highly organised and able to hit the ground running
·Proficient with Microsoft Office
·Demonstrated ability to present, persuade and eventually sell
