ABOUT THE ROLE:
Our client is a well-known and respected Underwriting Agency with a very strong reputation and national presence. Located in their Melbourne office, you will have the opportunity to work alongside an experienced Underwriting team, in what marks a great opportunity for those looking to make their first step into Underwriting.
KEY DUTIES:
- Manage Auto Renewals and complete associated registersV
- Processing (Managing closings) & Policy Documentation
- Monitoring & Triage - Provide exceptional client support via phone and email
- Provide effective and efficient administration support and accurate data entry
KEY REQUIREMENTS:
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Strong client service and relationship skills
- Ability to prioritise and manage multiple and competing work tasks and deliver to agreed deadlines
- Must have an insurance background
- Processing - heavily data entry - high volume - high attention to detail
- Bright bubbly personality as the first point of contact for brokers and clients on the phone
