Job Description

This Domestic and Commercial Insurance Broker has been through 3 generations of family and as a result of business growth is currently looking for a new member of staff to assist with running a portfolio of business. There will be on the job training and once you have an understanding of the array of products offered and feel comfortable speaking with clients you will be promoted to an Account Executive.

Previous Experience:

  • Previous administration experience
  • Experience speaking with customers/clients
  • Good computer skills
  • Stable work history, no jumping from job to job
  • The drive to build a career for yourself
  • The ability to listen and work in a team
  • The ability to follow instructions and ask the right questions if unsure

The Role:

  • You willl be training in the following
  • Domestic, commercial insurance
  • Handling client queries over the phone and via email.
  • Processing new business
  • Processing insurance policy renewals
  • Issuing certificates of currency
  • Endorsements, cancellations
  • Assisting with client presentations
