Account Executive wanted to join a team of specialist Construction Brokers. Based in the Eastern Suburbs you will gain exposure to working with a wide range of clients and run your own portfolio with no New Business targets. A shared team assistant is there to help with portfolio administration. The firm offers career progression, generous payrises and bonuses on renewals. Retaining clients through good relationships with clients and underwriters
Processing renewals before due date to ensure clients are covered
Assisting with claims processing
The ability to manage a portfolio of existing business.
Working alongside business development managers to ensure clients are adequately insured and receive top quality service.
Tier 1 insurance broking qualifications
At least 18 months in an insurance broking firm as either an Account Executive or an Assistant Account Executive.
Ideally knowledge of construction, contract works, workers comp but will also consider anyone with broking experience in commercial lines, Business Packs, SME or schemes/facilities
Experience using winbeat and sunrise systems.
Someone with good attention to detail.
The ability to work in a team
Experience retaining clients, quoting new business.
