ABOUT THE ROLE:

Our client is a well known and respected specialist professional risk insurance broker with a national presence. You will work closely with industry professionals to review, negotiate and advise on insurance programs primarily to the financial service industry. Clients include but are not limited to fund managers, financial planners and accountants. This is an exciting opportunity to forge a long term career in a niche area.

KEY DUTIES:

• Liaise with clients
• Reviewing proposal forms
• Negotiating with underwriters
• Building key relationships with new clients
• Review quotations
• Claims handling
• Preparing renewal reports for clients comparing insurance policies
• Advising on risk exposures

KEY REQUIREMENTS:

• Ability to make comparisons between underwriters products
• Experience with Commercial SME clients
• Knowledge of the Insurance Industry
• Tier 1 is required
• Understanding of policy wordings
• Ability to meet individual clients requirements
• Personable and proactive
