At present we are seeking two experienced Claims Consultants from Accident & Health, Workers Compensation, CTP, or Life Insurance. These opportunities will suit someone who is passionate about claims and customer focused.
Key Responsibilities –
- End to end manage of a portfolio of income protections claims
- Actively manage the reserve while assessing all the relevant medical information
- Build strong lasting relationships with clients and claimants
- Providing strategies to assist the claimants return to work
- Proactively liaising with all relevant parties including all allied health professionals
- Claim and peer reviews
Essential Requirements –
- Proven ability to effectively manage a portfolio of injury claims
- Claims management experience in Accident and Health, Income Protection, CTP, or Workers Compensation
- Sound understanding of medical terminology
- Excellent communication, negotiation and influencing skills
- Genuine desire to help people through the injury and recovery process
