Prior to this I was placing people in a range of roles across the Underwriting and Broking space in the Lloyd's of London & Composite Insurance Markets. Working with top Brokerages, Companies and Lloyd's Syndicates.

Also spent time with R.C. Insurance Brokers on-boarding, managing and renewing a number of accounts across various personal product lines.
