Our client has an exciting opportunity for a litigation legal secretary to join their Melbourne office. The role will see you supporting two partners and their teams alongside a team of legal secretaries.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Monthly billing
- Diary management
- Organizing travel
- Meeting organization
- Liaising with Clients
- Filing of court documents
- File management including Opening and closing files
- Document preparation

About You
The successful applicant will have:
- A proactive attitude and show initiative
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a law firm or a similar role in professional services environment (Litigation experience preferred but not necessary)
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- An ability to work autonomously
- Drafting experience
- Experience in billing
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Strong Microsoft Office skills
