Our client is a global law firm providing the world’s pre-eminent financial institutions and corporations with a full business law service. 
  
The Role 
  
Our client is seeking a Senior Associate with solid experience in Investment Funds to join its growing Sydney team and work with the firm's global network. You will have the opportunity to work with the national lead partner of the firm’s Fund Practice.
  
You will have the opportunity to work across a range of funds formation and transaction work, including cross border work. You will get to work in real assets sectors, including real estate, energy/renewables, debt and infrastructure.
  
This is an opportunity to be involved in business development and foster client relationships. You will work as part of a motivated team and be involved in mentoring junior lawyers.  
  
About You 
  
You will have at least 4+ years PQE investment funds experience working for a top tier firm and will have outstanding academics. You will have excellent communication and drafting skills.
