Our Client 
  
Our client is a global law firm providing a full business law service. Its global Corporate, M&A and Securities Practice advises corporations and financial institutions across the full range of industry matters, including M&A, joint ventures, debt and equity capital markets and general corporate and commercial matters. 
  
The Role 
  
This is an opportunity for a talented corporate lawyer with at least 4+ years PQE experience to work on high profile and complex corporate and M&A work, including cross-border and domestic acquisitions, mergers and corporate restructurings, regulatory approvals, joint ventures and Shareholders Agreements, Capital Raisings and private equity buyouts and exits.  
  
About You 
  
You will have at least 4+ years PQE corporate and M&A experience working for a top firm and will have excellent academics. Ideally you will have public company experience and be familiar with ASX Listing Rules. You will be motivated, have strong technical and drafting skills and be committed to providing outstanding client service.
