Alex is responsible for making sure the day to day operations within Blake Oliver run smoothly and the team feels supported. Alex also works as a consultant on the recruitment side.
Having worked 12 years within insurance broking businesses, Alex has first hand experience with both client and candidate needs.
More recently. Alex was an Office Manager for Network Insurance Group, taking care of the day to day office needs & helping with the recruitment process to fill vacant roles. Alex was also an Insurance Broker for 11 years prior to this - meaning Alex can relate incredibly well to those within the insurance industry looking to enter their next career chapter and businesses looking to find their next team member.
In addition to this, Alex started her own business in 2020 providing health resources and professionals to a community with the core purpose of helping people thrive.
