Our client is one of the top International Insurance Brokers looking to bring in a Senior Account Executive into their Schemes & Affinity Team - helping to build up their team of brokers.
This role is for someone looking to take their career to the next level.
- Managing portfolio of clients with financial lines focus, ensuring high quality customer service is provided at all times.
- Coordinate, manage and develop support staff including Account Executives, Assistant Account Executives and any support staff through clear and effective communication, delegation and performance management.
- Consistently attain set revenue and expense budgets.
- Implement Client First Principles across the portfolio of clients
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build effective relationships, at all levels, with clients, prospects, associates, insurers and external specialists.
- Broad knowledge of general line of insurance
- Exhibit sales orientated behaviors, defined by other senior leaders as; motivated, tenacious, focused, technically skilled, proactive, and accountable.
- Ability to make technical comparisons and recommendations between underwriter’s products.
- Monitor the accuracy and performance of subordinates and, where necessary, take the necessary corrective action to ensure that performance and services continue to meet client and Company expectations;
- Broking experience with some financial lines experience is ideal.
- Excellent work ethic, communication skills and is driven to help a business grow.
- Must have Tier 1.
